Our experience really centers around Ken Frank. My profession took me from Georgetown, Tx to College Station for a loan closing. I trust that the service on my car will be done correctly. I scheduled appointment for an oil change and tires rotated. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes. Instead of sending me a video telling me I needed a air filter and a battery. I feel like they should have just came inside and told me. Yes I like have the video but I will not be scheduling anymore appointments. I will take my chances with walk-in.

Being from out of town the service team went above and beyond to get a tire replacement for me using my tire warranty. I appreciate this whole place, an actual person answers the phone, it’s clean and all staff friendly.

Douglass Volkswagen did a fantastic Job! My service was completed fast, and they also helped me patch a tire, that was low. It had a nail that I didn't even know was there.

I needed an oil and air filter change. Douglas VW was able to accomplish that. Customer Service is always polite and patient. The waiting area is efficient, clean, and quiet. I was able to work while waiting for my vehicle. I marked down because the website appointment function was not working, however calling the service department and scheduling was straightforward and easy. Also, employees were have an inappropriate personal conversation in the waiting area.

Douglass Volkswagen did a great job on being very welcoming and patient. Customer service was great so I rated a 5 star.

They went above and beyond. Not only did they work with my schedule and got my car back to me sooner then expected, they returned my car to me in better condition (the exterior was cleaner than when I dropped it off)

The service manager Chris handled our vehicle and did a fantastic job. We had our oil plug stripped out from another mechanic drilling it in too tightly. We were told that if they had problems getting it out then we would have to get a new oil pan. We brought my daughter's Tiguan in on a Saturday & it wasn't going to get looked at until Thursday because they were backed up, but the service manager Frank, was kind enough to look at her car, & if it was a quick fix, he said he'd get it done so she could come home for Christmas. Frank was amazing & took great care of us! Luckily it just needed a battery. He called & said it'd be ready for pickup before they closed on Monday. So far my experience here has been good. When I need an oil change I have manage to get it serviced within the same week. Since being here, the staff is friendly and responsive to my questions or concerns. Also if you are looking for VW merchandise they do offer shirts, mugs etc for purchase. Their waiting area is always clean and they have coffee and waters for guest in the waiting area.
