I purchased a GTI from Douglass Volkswagen a few days ago and the experience was wonderful. I live about 100 miles from the dealership and was calling around to all the VW dealerships within a 3 hour drive of our house. I spoke with one of the managers, Travis and he was just amazing from the first call through all the follow-up emails over the next 2 days. He was extremely transparent on everything and represented the dealership and VW brand very well. They provided a fair and competitive price on the GTI I bought and I will recommend them to all friends and family going forward. Although I hope I don't need to buy another new car for a while, when i do, I will reach out to this dealership first. I highly recommend Douglass VW and please ask for Travis if he is available.

I would like to say that my sales person (Angie) were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. I told her that I was traveling from Austin, Texas to look at the 2020 Toyota Tundra 1794, that they had on their lot and wanted her to do a walk around. She went out of her way and sent me a video. Also, she assured me that the vehicle was in excellent condition. Believe me, it was and she was very honest. I have been to many dealerships and purchased over 137 cars. The staff stands out when it comes to customer service. Customer service is extremely important and they have proven that they know how to treat their customers. Kudos to the staff! We drove from Waco to this dealership and we are so thankful we did! Right away we were greeted by Peter, he was friendly and very helpful. He had so much knowledge about the Atlas and taught us how to use everything about the car.
