I walked into Douglass Volkswagen feeling discouraged after having been to another dealership that didn't have what I wanted yet still tried to push me into a sale. Ken, however, was easy going. He greeted me warmly and put me at ease right away. He had already pulled the car I was interested in because we were from Houston, so there was NO waiting to test drive. He didn't even need my driver's license upfront. He showed us a nice drive that gave me a chance to try out the car on both city streets and the freeway. Ken is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. He also walked me through setting up everything in order to have everything just right for the drive home. There was NEVER any pressure from anyone. In fact, everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for that.
